Go to the product page on our website and select subscribe and then choose the frequency you would like to receive the products in. Then add the product to your cart and check out as normal. You can change, pause, skip or cancle or you subscription at any time.
2. If I haven’t tried Nexba before, should I sign up for a subscription?
Why not? Who doesn’t love a discount, and you can cancel at anytime before the next delivery date cut off.
3. When can I expect my Nexba order to be delivered?
Between 2-10 business days from your first order being placed. You will also receive an email to remind you prior to each delivery date.
4. Can I pause my subscription?
Going on Holiday? You can pause your subscription anytime via the Nexba My Account portal.

6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next delivery date cut off. Don’t worry you will receive an email to remind you and you can always sign in to your account to edit delivery dates, pause your subscription or cancel all together.
