Where do you ship to? 

Woohoo! Nexba’s naturally sugar free goodness is available to ship nationwide. Yes, that’s all regions within Australia from Tassie to WA and everywhere in-between. Please note that our warehouse is closed on Public Holidays and therefore shipping may take longer over these periods.  

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout, within Australia we have endeavoured to keep most major regions free of charge, however, due to the cost incurred in some area’s we do need to charge for shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you place your order, it will typically take 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on where you live within Australia. 

In some cases, shipping may take longer due to extra safety precautions our fulfilment centre occasionally have to implement or due to carrier transportation delays.

Orders to the East coast typically are faster than those on the west cost or located in Tassie, which may take longer to arrive.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, as long as you do so before 10am we should be able to change your order address. Please contact our customer support team as soon as you realise the mistake, via email crew@nexba.com.

For clarity if you placed your order at 4pm then you have until 10am the following day to change your address, as long as the order hasn't been processed by our warehouse already.

Will my drinks arrive chilled?

All our drinks will arrive at ambient (room) temperature. Don’t worry if you’re ordering any of our probiotic drinks – as they are just as good for your gut chilled and ambient. We use a unique form of probiotic which can survive both in and out of the fridge – read more about it here. 

What’s your returns policy?

Got a problem with your order or not completely satisfied? We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed, meaning if you're not happy with our product we'll issue a 100% refund.

Criteria in which we offer a 100% refund;

  • You're not completely satisfied with our products*.
  • Broken or damaged products on delivery.
  • Undelivered items, confirmed by our shipping partner.
  • Proof the drinks are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Purchased directly from our online store.
  • Request for a refund must be sent to our support team no later than 25 days after an order is made.
  • Part or full refunds may be issued at the discretion of our customer support team for other issues incurred.

Refunds will be issued to the full value of the product (excluding postage. For avoidance of any doubt if you received free shipping then the full amount will be refunded to you).

Once the refund is initiated, payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. 

Our Returns Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. 

*Please note that the satisfaction guarantee above does not apply to wholesalers ordering through our website.

How long will it take too process a return?

Typically your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days.  

You can reach out to us at crew@nexba.com with your order number and reason for the return.
