Let’s be honest, smashed avo is SO 2018. When we found out that World Guacamole Day was coming up on 16th September, we knew that any ordinary avo recipe just wouldn’t do. We had a long hard think and decided to attempt the impossible: make smashed avo extra.
Transfer to a bowl and top with additional coriander and a light drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with corn chips.
