Who's ready to spice things up this New Year's Eve!?

Look no further than this Nexba Mango & Chilli Mojito recipe. Spicy, sweet and a little bit sultry, this little number is the only thing to be seen with as you ring in the bells of 2021 (accompanied by 'phew, we made it' gasps).

Made with our latest addition to the Nexba Kombucha family, luscious Mango, and packed full of naturally sugar free, probiotic goodness. Imagine all those good gut feels! In a cocktail! Magic!

Happen to be the designated driver? Or simply want to welcome in the New Year in a semi-comprehensible state? Just skip the booze. It's equally as delicious.

Summer Mango & Chilli Mojito

Prep time 5mins Serves 2

Ingredients 

  • 1 handful ice cubes

  • 2 shots white rum (or skip for mocktail)

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 small red chilli, sliced and de-seeded
  • 1/2 bottle Nexba Mango Kombucha

  • To garnish: Mint leaves, additional chilli slices, lime wheels, sliced mango and maybe even a sparkler or two!

Method

  1. Spread ice across two glasses.
  2. Mix white rum, fresh lime juice, chilli and Nexba Mango Kombucha in a cocktail shaker and shake like you mean it!
  3. Pour over ice.
  4. Top with mint leaves, additional chilli slices, lime wheels, sliced mango and a couple of sparklers!
