Nothing says "summer" in Australia quite like a mango. Seriously, is there anything better than biting into that first juicy, sweet mango of the season? We didn't think so. They're quick and easy to prepare, pair with pretty much anything you can cook on a BBQ and even taste bloody good on their own. They're big, sweet and filling and totally good for you! What more could you want?

We love mangoes so much we decided to create a brand spanking new kombucha in their honour. To celebrate the launch of our NEW Mango Kombucha (now available at Coles), we've come up with this spicy, tangy and oh so sweet Summer-Ready Mango Salsa. Pair yours with tacos, chicken, steaks or eat straight from the bowl.

This recipe is seriously addictive - don't say we didn't warn you!

The good stuff you'll get:

We all know mangoes are delicious, but did you know they're also super healthy as well? This recipe is packed full of nutrients and flavour that is hard to resist!

    • Nexba Mango Kombucha: If you're new to the Nexba Fam (or having been living under a rock), you should know that Nexba Kombucha is loaded with probiotics that help support your gut health. We use a unique strain of live probiotics (500 million of them, to be precise) which are specifically crafted to survive the journey from mouth to gut.     • Mango: Mangoes may be sweet and juicy, but they're also jam packed with health benefits. They are high in fibre and an amazing source of Vitamins A and C, which are essential for keeping our skin looking good and our immune system strong.
    • Capsicum: Like mangoes, capsicums are a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and fibre. Double whammy!
    • Red onion: Onions are nutrient dense, are loaded with antioxidants and support digestive health.

Summer-Ready Mango Salsa

Prep time 10 mins | Cook time 0 | Serves 12


  • 2 large mangoes, diced

  • 1 red capsicum, diced

  • 1/2 small red onion, diced

  • 1 small red chilli, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp Nexba Mango Kombucha

  • 1/4 cup coriander, chopped

  • Pinch salt and pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Gently mix to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse.
