Summer Breeze Cocktail

by Hannah Singleton

Nothing says summer better than this Summer Breeze (or summer in a glass) cocktail. The perfect drink to enjoy poolside with a book in hand and some light background tunes.

We’ve used premium quality quinoa vodka (bit fancy, we know) however it also works well with gin. The blend of cranberry juice and orange juice creates the delicious fruity flavour, as well as a fun gradient colour, which is perfectly balanced with our Nexba Lime Cucumber & Mint Tonic Water.

What’s different about our Tonic Water?

Unlike most, our tonic water range contains ZERO sugar and ZERO artificial additives/preservatives. It may surprise you to know that standard tonic waters contain 6.5 teaspoons of sugar per single serve (yep, you read correctly). Crazy, we know. As you can imagine, if you’re having a few G&Ts in a night, that sugar content really stacks up…!

Ingredients

Servings 2.

Large handful ice cubes
2 shots vodka
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup orange juice
Nexba Lime Cucumber & Mint Tonic Water
Lime and mint, to garnish
