Sugar Free Gummy Bears
Bet you never thought you’d see superfood and gummy bear in the same sentence!
These Raspberry and Acai flavoured gummy bears are a delicious, healthy alternative to the traditional sugar and preservative laden store-bought variety. They’re also really quick and easy to make so there’s no excuse not to make the swap!
- 1 cup Nexba Naturally Sugar Free Raspberry Sparkling Infusion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey or coconut nectar (optional)
- 1 tsp acai powder (optional)
- 2 tsp agar agar
Combine raspberry sparkling infusion, lemon juice, honey and acai powder (if using) in a saucepan, bring to a boil.
Add the agar agar and stir rapidly until it has dissolved.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before pouring into gummy bear mold.
Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or until set.
