Nothing says summer (or Aussie christmas) quite like the sweet, juicy taste of mango. Even better when it's blended into a mango lassi.
This sparkling mango lassi recipe is really the best of both worlds... No need to choose between a thirst- quenching soft drink or a refreshing mango smoothie when you can have two in one.
You can use greek yoghurt for a more traditional lassi or for a vegan friendly option you can substitute with coconut yoghurt.
2 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 cup greek yoghurt (or coconut yogurt)
1 cup Nexba coconut and mango sparkling infusion
Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to glasses and top with fresh mango and desiccated coconut (optional).
Serve and enjoy.
