Sparkling No Sugar Mango Lassi Recipe

Nothing says summer (or Aussie christmas) quite like the sweet, juicy taste of mango.

Sparkling mango lassi

This sparkling mango lassi is really the best of both worlds... No need to choose between a thirst- quenching soft drink or a refreshing mango smoothie when you could have two in one!

You can use greek yoghurt for a more traditional lassi or for a vegan friendly option you can substitute with coconut yoghurt.

Ingredients

Servings 2.

2 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 cup greek yoghurt (or coconut yogurt)
1 cup Nexba coconut and mango sparkling infusion

Instructions.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Transfer to glasses and top with fresh mango and desiccated coconut (optional).

  3. Serve and enjoy.
