Nexba Slushy Strawberry and Peach Kombucha Mojito

What makes Nexba Kombucha different?

Nexba slushy strawberry and peach kombucha mojito

Ingredients

Servings 2

2 shots white rum (omit for a virgin mojito)
1 cup Nexba Strawberry & Peach Kombucha 
1 large ripe yellow peach
1/2 cup fresh strawberries (reserve 1 or 2 to garnish) 
2 tbsp lime juice
2 handfuls ice cubes
Mint leaves, to garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except ice) in a high-power blender. Blend until slushy-like texture is reached.
  2. Divide ice cubes between two glasses and then pour over the slushy cocktail.
  3. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
