Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly Recipe

Looking for a treat the kids will love without compromising on health? Look no further!

This 4-ingredient raspberry jelly is the perfect little something sweet without the nasties. It has no refined sugars or artificial sweeteners, no dairy, no preservatives and no unnecessary additives.
This recipe works well with our entire sparkling infusion range!
Ingredients
Servings 3.
1 cup raspberry sparkling infusion (or any of our sparkling infusion range)
1 cup filtered water
2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp agar agar
Instructions.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Turn off heat and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
- Transfer to 3 glass jars and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set.
- Serve with fresh raspberries.
