Let's be honest, smashed avo is SO 2018. When we found out that World Guacamole Day was coming up on 16th September, we knew that any ordinary avo recipe just wouldn't do. We had a long hard think and decided to attempt the impossible: make smashed avo extra.

3 large ripe avocados
3-4 tbsp Nexba Elderflower and Lemon Kombucha
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup coriander leaves, roughly chopped
