Were you a pink lemonade kinda kid? Our take on this childhood favourite will take you right back (without the sugar spike). This pink lemonade kombucha recipe tastes sweet and indulgent while being full of the good stuff our bodies need.
What’s more, our Rose Lemonade Kombucha is the perfect (and easy) base for this recipe - cutting out most of the work to get that pink lemonade flavour. With a balance of citrus zing and floral rose it provides all the flavour for this recipe.
The fresh berries and mint add just a little something something to take your drink from basic beverage to fancy mocktail.
The kombucha infused strawberries left at the end are a serious treat, too. Move over champagne infused berries!
If you’re more in the mood for a cocktail, add a shot of vodka. Vodka is our favourite spirit to pair with kombucha because it has a subtle flavour that allows the kombucha to shine. It's also the lowest calorie spirit if you’re trying to keep it on the healthier side.

Although lemons are known for their bitter taste, when added to other ingredients their tangy quality creates a unique flavour.
Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C, providing immune support, anti-oxidant protection against free radicals, reduced inflammation and healthy skin. Talk about an all-rounder.
There are also smaller levels of B vitamins and some minerals, while vitamin C also improves absorption of iron. Lemons also contain fibre in the form of pectin to assist with satiety and digestive health.
We recommend purchasing organic, but if you can't, give the lemons you buy a good wash to remove/reduce pesticide residue and waxes (particularly if you're using the zest).
This pink lemonade kombucha recipe is popular with kids and adults! If you’re feeling creative, make a big batch and turn this mocktail into ice blocks. It’s a great healthy treat to have on hand when your sweet tooth sets in.
