Pineapple no-jitos

Pineapple no-joitos to transport you straight to a tropical island!
All you need is Nexba pineapple sparkling infusion, fresh lemon juice, ice cubes and mint… Too easy! You can add fresh pineapple juice to create for a stronger flavour but it’s totally up to you.
Serve in a pineapple cup to impress your guests (and to make it all the more insta-worthy!)
Ingredients
Serves 4.
- 1 litre Nexba pineapple sparkling infusion
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, juiced (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes, to serve
- Handful mint leaves, to garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except ice cubes and mint) in a large jar and mix.
- Add ice cubes to mason jars or ‘pineapple cups’ and pour in the pineapple mocktail blend.
- Garnish with mint leaves, serve and enjoy!
