Nothing says summer like a brightly coloured, jumbo-sized Aperol Spritz. There aren't many beachside Aussie bars that don't have this classic fun and fruity Italian cocktail on their menu, but did you know that's super simple and easy to make at home too?

That's why we decided to give the humble spritz an Aussie-summer twist with sweet mango and Nexba's new Naturally Sugar Free Sparkling Mineral Water. Serve this up with a side of fresh fruit for a sip that's sure to impress. Bonus points for funky straws!

Sugar-Free Orange & Mango Aperol Spritz

Ingredients 

Method

  1. Add 1 shot of Aperol, a handful of ice and 2 orange slices into each glass.
  2. Add 1/4 cup Prosecco to each glass.
  3. Top with Nexba Orange & Mango Mineral Water

Serve with fresh mango and oranges!
