Mango Daiquiri Naturally Sugar Free Mocktail

Calling all daiquiri fans! It’s a virgin mango daiquiri with a coconutty twist… The ultimate combo.

To create the delicious creamy texture, use a high-power blender and blend on a low speed setting for 2-3 minutes. If you don’t have a high-power blender, add a touch more liquid.
It’s the perfect cocktail (ok, mocktail) for any time of the day!
Ingredients
Servings 2-3.
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 200 grams frozen coconut flesh
- 1 1/2 cups Nexba coconut and mango sparkling water
- 1/4 cup lime juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and creamy (this takes a few minutes).
- Transfer to daiquiri style glasses and garnish with shredded coconut.
- Enjoy!
