Mango and Turmeric Thick Shake Recipe

This 4 ingredient mango and turmeric thick shake is a summer essential.  It’s a serious thirst quencher!

If you’re using frozen mango we recommend adding a little more of our coconut and mango sparkling infusion.

We’ve added turmeric because 1. It is delicious and 2. It is amazing for you! Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant food. It also contains vitamin B6, vitamin C, B2, B3, E and K, as weak as minerals such as iron and zinc.

Ingredients

Servings 3.

3 fresh or frozen mangoes
1 cup Nexba coconut and mango sparkling infusion
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1 tsp ground turmeric

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until creamy.
  2. Serve in glass jars. We recommend serving with desiccated coconut.
