This 4 ingredient mango and turmeric thick shake is a summer essential. It’s a serious thirst quencher!
If you’re using frozen mango we recommend adding a little more of our coconut and mango sparkling infusion.
We’ve added turmeric because 1. It is delicious and 2. It is amazing for you! Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant food. It also contains vitamin B6, vitamin C, B2, B3, E and K, as weak as minerals such as iron and zinc.

1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1 tsp ground turmeric
