As it starts to cool down, it is so important to do what we can to support our immune system.

This Immunity Boosting Kombucha Smoothie Bowl not only provides the gut healing benefits of kombucha (healthy gut = healthy immune function) but it also has the added benefit of ginger. Ginger root contains antibacterial properties, making it a great choice for boosting immunity. Take that, cold and flu!

 

Ingredients

Servings 1

1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup Nexba Apple Pear and Ginger Kombucha
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp lemon juice

 

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Spoon into a bowl and add toppings.

3. Serve and enjoy!
