Immunity Boosting Kombucha Smoothie Bowl

As it starts to cool down, it is so important to do what we can to support our immune system. 

This immunity boosting kombucha smoothie bowl not only provides the gut healing benefits of kombucha (healthy gut = healthy immune function) but it also has the added benefit of ginger. Ginger root contains antibacterial properties, making it a great choice for boosting immunity. Incorporating ginger into your diet is a fantastic way to support the immune system to function optimally.  

Immunity boosting Nexba kombucha smoothie

Health benefits aside, it is also super delicious! 

Ingredients 

Servings 1 

1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup Nexba Apple Pear and Ginger Kombucha (we're super excited about this new flavour!) 
1 tsp ground ginger 
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions 

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.

2. Spoon into a bowl and add toppings.

3. Serve and enjoy!
