This raspberry and hibiscus cocktail (G & T style) is as tasty as it is pretty.
This recipe also works well with fresh strawberries so you can alternate according to availability and/or preference.
We recommend garnishing with additional fresh berries, a rosemary sprig and/or edible flowers. It’s bar quality without the fuss (and the price tag!)
3 shots gin (optional)
1 punnet fresh raspberries
1 L Nexba Cranberry & Hibiscus tonic water
1 handful ice cubes
