Looking for a not-so-naughty treat to satisfy your chocolate cravings? Our Hemp Kombucha Chocolate Bowl recipe is the perfect way to add some healthy sweetness to your day. Dig your spoon into the rich, smooth chocolate taste we all love, without any of the refined sugars, dairy and other less-than-healthy healthy ingredients that can leave you feeling a little bit ‘blehh’.

Nexba's Hemp Chocolate Smoothie Bowl is rich in potassium thanks to bananas, antioxidants from cacao powder, gut-loving probiotics from the Nexba Mixed Berry Kombucha and a heap of nutrients from hemp seeds.

The good stuff you'll get:

  • Fibre, both soluble and insoluble, providing digestive support, encouraging healthy gut flora and blood sugar regulation

Hemp Kombucha Bowl Recipe

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (+ extra for topping)

  • 1/2 cup Nexba Mixed Berry Kombucha

  • 1 handful cashew nuts (optional - this helps to create the creamy consistency)*

    *Alternatively you can use your favourite nut butter.


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Add extra kombucha if required.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and add toppings of choice. We recommend topping with additional hemp seeds, cacao nibs or fresh fruit.
