G(rapefruit) and T

by Hannah Singleton

G&T only we’ve swapped out the ‘G’ (gin) for G (grapefruit).

This mocktail contains just 2 key ingredients with the optional addition of mint to garnish.

Nexba tonic water: Grapefruit and Tonic Mocktail

Why are our mocktail/cocktail recipes so simple?

Using Nexba as a mixer takes out all the hard work… There’s no need to add sweetener because we’ve added sugar-free natural sweetness to all our beverages. Also, for many of our drinks, we’ve even helped you out by adding in delicious fruity flavours.

For this recipe we’ve used our classic Nexba tonic water but if you’re looking to jazz it up it is also delicious with our Lime, Cucumber and Mint tonic.

Ingredients

Servings 2

1 handful ice cubes
1 grapefruit, juiced (+ extra to garnish)
1 1/2 cups Nexba classic tonic water
Mint leaves, to garnish

Grapefruit and tonic mocktail Nexba

Instructions

  1. Divide ice cubes between glasses.
  2. Evenly distribute the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and top up with tonic water.
  3. Garnish with mint and grapefruit wedges.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
