If you prefer a slightly sweeter cocktail, you can add a teaspoon of maple syrup however we find the addition of our Nexba sparkling infusion adds the perfect amount of natural sweetness. We’ve used the lemon & lychee flavour from our sparkling water range however if you prefer more traditional flavours we’d recommend straight up lemon sparkling infusion.
Garnish with star anise, sage and lemon wedges to make it a lil’ bit fancy.
Large handful ice cubes
3 shots bourbon
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Nexba lemon & lychee sparkling infusion
Star anise, sage and lemon wedges, to garnish
