Choccy açai bowl

This antioxidant rich açai is made even healthier with the addition of our gut-healing Probiotix water and even more decadent with the addition of cacao powder. It’s the perfect breakfast to enjoy over the Easter long weekend (or anytime of the year for that matter).

Nexba chocolate acai bowl for Easter

We’ve used our mango flavoured probiotix water which helps to support the gut whilst also adding natural sweetness.

In keeping with the Easter theme, we’ve topped this açai bowl with homemade raw chocolate Easter bunnies and Easter eggs. Get the recipe here along with some tips and tricks for how to reduce your sugar intake over the long weekend (or at least make healthier chocolate related choices!).

Ingredients

Servings 1. 

100 grams frozen açai
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or blueberries)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup Nexba mango probiotix water

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into a bowl and add toppings. Top with homemade raw chocolate for an Easter treat. Other great toppings include fresh berries, cacao nibs and melted raw chocolate.
