Where are Nexba products manufactured?
Nexba is made locally in Sydney, Australia.
What are the Nexba products sweetened with?
Our products are sweetened with a blend of Stevia Plant and a natural sweetener called Erythritol. Both ingredients provide the same sweet flavour as sugar, without the calories, impact on blood sugar levels or tooth decay.
What is Erythritol and is it safe?
Erythritol is a natural alternative to sugar coming from a family of ‘sugar alcohols’. With only 6% of the calories of sugar, it still has 70% of the sweetness. It passes through the body without causing any harmful metabolic effects of excess sugar or the digestive issues associated with other sugar alcohols.
What ingredients make up the ‘Natural Flavours’ in Nexba products?
Our Natural flavours are derived from a combination of a fruit extract and natural fruit flavour of the named fruit used in each of our Nexba products. There are no sugars or artificial ingredients contained in, nor added to, these extracted flavours.
Does the apple extract and/or carrot extract contain sugar?
There are no sugars or artificial ingredients contained in, nor added to, these extracts.
Is Nexba gluten-free and Vegan?
All Nexba products are gluten-free, vegan and most of our products are Kosher.
What is the difference between Nexba and other ‘Sugar Free’ drinks?
Nexba products are NATURALLY sugar free which means we do not use any artificial sweeteners to replace sugar. In place of sugar, we use natural sweeteners (Stevia & Erythritol).
What is your returns policy?
We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with as long as it is within 14 days of receipt and the product packaging is still in its original condition and was purchased directly from our store.

How do I return my product?
To return your product please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return.
If you are returning the product within 14 days then you will be refunded the total amount of the product as long as there is no damage to the packaging and the product is unopened.
Please keep in mind that unless there is an error on our part we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are located within Australia, then your order will typically take 2-5 business days to arrive.
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping costs can be calculated at the online store checkout.
My order hasn’t arrived, how do I track it?
If you are having trouble or your order has been lost in the post please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my order was damaged in the post?
If your order was damaged in the post then Nexba will replace the product free of charge as long as you take a picture of the external packaging (before it is opened) and the product damage.
To get a return shipping slip please email email@example.com with your name, order number and images of your damaged product.
The post office lost my order can I get another one sent to me?
If in the event that your order is lost in transit, then you need to contact us with your order number and order tracking ID via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can arrange another for another one to be sent free of charge.
I’m not happy with order, what should I do?
If you are not happy with your order and it has been less than 14 days since you received the order, then please email us at email@example.com to arrange a refund.

Our Super Infusion range available in Pomegranate, Acai Berry and Ginger are currently sold in 7-Eleven, Chemist Warehouse and Aldi.
